The Bed & Breakfast
At North Lodge we offer two double bedrooms with compact en-suite showers and two single bedrooms with a large shared bath and shower room. Each room has a flat screen TV, free WiFi and hospitality tray. All our bedrooms are quietly situated, with views over the surrounding countryside, or overlooking the pond.

Bedroom 1:
Comfortable double room with king-size bed. This room overlooks the pond and fields beyond. This room has an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2:
Comfortable double room with double bed. This room also overlooks the pond and fields beyond. This room has an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3:
Comfortable single room with a large roof window. This bedroom has the use of a shared bathroom featuring a large bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 4:
Comfortable single room with a view across the fields towards the border. This bedroom has the use of a shared bathroom featuring a large bath and separate shower.
The Guest Lounge
North Lodge is popular with fishing and shooting parties able to make exclusive use of the house, garden and pond. Fabulous food and comfortable fireside evenings in the lounge help you to relax and unwind at the end of your day. Although not licensed to sell alcohol, guests are welcome to bring their own drinks.
Traditional Scottish Breakfast
Whether it’s a hearty cooked breakfast using fresh local ingredients and free-range eggs, or our speciality of Scottish smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, our breakfast selection aims to set you up for your day of activity or onward travel.
Parking
We have ample off road parking with some under cover with drying areas for any wet gear.
Fishing
North Lodge is only a 5 minute walk from the Border Esk. Our B&B is popular with visiting anglers, either singly or as a party and we are happy to show our guests the river when available.
