BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING

Your reservation will be accepted upon payment of a deposit of 50% of the accommodation cost. This will then be confirmed to you either by post or e-mail. The balance will be payable 6 weeks prior to the required date. If booking within 6 weeks of the required date, the whole cost is payable upon booking.

CANCELLATION

Bed & Breakfast

In the event of a cancellation within 6 weeks of the start of the booking the deposit is forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the start of the booking we will endeavour to re-let the room(s) but if unsuccessful you will forfeit the balance of the cost. You are advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this possibility.

The Cabin

Insurance is there to provide protection from the financial risks associated with going on holiday. Therefore we highly recommend that you arrange holiday/travel/cancellation insurance appropriate to your own circumstances to minimise these risks, as once the booking is cancelled, no refund will be issued.

OTHER CANCELLATION

In the event of the Cabin becoming unavailable for whatever reason, North Lodge will endeavour to notify the holidaymaker as soon as possible. North Lodge or its owner will not arrange alternative accommodation for the Holidaymaker of an equivalent type and standard in a similar location.

If the Holidaymaker has paid any money in respect of a Property and that Property subsequently becomes unavailable, the cost of the booking will be returned.

North Lodge or its owner is not liable for any costs associated with alternative accommodation, which must be paid by the Holidaymaker.

Save as set out above, the North Lodge shall have no liability for the cancellation or alteration of a Booking.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Your accommodation will be available from 16.00hrs on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.30 hrs on the day of departure.

EXCLUSIONS

Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. Regrettably we cannot accept pets. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk is provided.
